Court directed to include improved marks of students while preparing merit list of mbbs and bds for secession 2021-2022. This news was reported in Dawn. “This court is encouraged that by rejecting the ask for substitution of marks, participants are ousting them (petitioners), for a formality, from being considered on advantage, which is a violation of the essential right under Article 25 read with Write-up 37(c) of the Constitution,” Justice Khan observed.

He ordered the vice-chancellor of the UHS to ensure that improved marks of 27 candidates are included in their respective applications for admissions prior to the cut-off date and also be taken into consideration while preparing the merit checklist.
